So, our living room ceiling had been bowing for about a week. After three unreturned calls from the management, this is what we ended up with this morning:

Yeah, you should definitely get something significant out of that.
Wow, that is a big hole! I agree with Mr. B. Ask for a free month of rent. Or two months. Or the ability to get a dog.
